Refund policy

Order Cancellations Cancellations are not available once an order has been placed. As a goodwill gesture, the full order amount will be converted into store credits, valid for 45 days, which can be used towards any future purchase or exchanged for a product of equal value.

Returns & Exchanges Returns or exchanges are only applicable in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory to raise a claim. A reverse pickup charge applies for exchanges, charged directly by the courier partner.
